PROMON STREAMER
The PROMON STREAMER is a compact all-in-one long time high speed streaming system.
The compact footprint makes the Streamer a perfect system for permanent installation on a production line. Beside the high speed recording feature and the long time recording capabilities, the built-in I/Os allow control from PLC – so it’s ready when you need it. The versatile system is available in different variations such as built-in camera, with an additional external camera, or two external cameras. The control software is based on Imaging Studio v4, all features are easy configurable by the software.
COMPACT HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMERAS
The Victorem™ CoaXPress series is a broad range of compact industrial video cameras featuring high performance Sony CMOS image sensors and high-bandwidth CoaXPress video output. Several models are available with a variety of sensors to choose from, ensuring the right Victorem camera can be selected for each application. With resolutions ranging from 0.4MP to 20.5MP, and frame rates into the hundreds of frames per second, these powerful cameras are ideal for performance-driven applications such as volumetric video capture, machine vision and automated optical inspection.
PROMON U cameras connect directly to PC via USB3 without need for additional cabling. The camera comes with the powerful Imaging Studio V4 software for piloting the camera, recording, playback and export of sequences. Via the software the user can set the system to record into PC DRAM for seconds or setup a video stream directly to hard disk for minutes or even hours.
Depending on the model PROMON U cameras offer stunning data rates of e.g. PROMON U1000 1900 x1200 up to 150 frames/sec, 1920 x1080 up to 167 frames/sec and when reducing the resolution. The software allows parametrization of different operation modes ranging from taking a quick shot of a single event, capturing intermittent events to a complete 24/7 recording. Do not miss an event anymore!

The PROMON SCOPE G3 Twin System offers you a complete new tool to troubleshoot a production line where cause and effect are not at the same place – with the two synchronized camera heads. With the built-in and replaceable Li-ion battery pack, the PROMON SCOPE G3 slow motion production analysis camera will operate up to 1.5h with two and up to 3.5h with one camera head without recharging. Its high capacity solid state disk system records sequences for 40 minutes with option to extend up to 80 minutes. This slow motion industrial camera system is complete with controller and camera and weigh just is just under 2.9 kg (6.4lbs). PROMON SCOPE G3 is the ideal industrial high speed camera system to temporarily monitor industrial processes for troubleshooting, setup- and fine tuning, as wells as preventive maintenance tasks. The control unit of this slow motion camera system is a mobile, compact yet rugged device with a built-in touchscreen display for piloting the recording, playback in slow motion. The is available in color, monochrome or NIR (near infrared).
With models available for recording from most popular video standards, IO Industries DVR Express® Core is our most advanced digital video recorder and the first portable DVR designed to work the way you do.
With image sensor resolutions and frame rates always advancing, digital video data rates continue to climb. The original DVR Express® Core was able to record video at data rates up to 680 MB/s, which was adequate for many but not all situations. With the new design advancements and ultra-fast solid state VidIO Drive Modules, the DVR Express Core 2 can record at data rates up to 1620 MB/s – more than twice the speed of its predecessor! This is matched to the maximum input rates of the Camera Link and SDI models, however some CoaXPress cameras may exceed this rate, in which case the DVR Express Core 2 MAX may be required.
With image sensor resolutions and frame rates always advancing, digital video data rates continue to climb. The DVR Express® Core 2 can record video at data rates up to 1620 MB/s, but for the ultimate in high-speed recording, the DVR Express Core 2 MAX can record at data rates up to 2240 MB/s! This meets or exceeds the rates of any combination of video cameras that can be connected at once. This extreme recording speed is only possible when the Core 2 MAX has six high-speed VidIO Drive Modules installed. With this capability you can record four separate high-speed cameras or one very fast camera, such as one with four CoaXPress CXP-6 outputs.
The Flare™ 2MP series is a part of our family of industrial video cameras designed with advanced CMV 2000 CMOS image sensors. These sensors feature high pixel counts, producing highly detailed images with a 2 megapixel resolution. As well, this sensor features very fast readout, allowing frame rates into the hundreds of frames per second. Adjustable region of interest settings and subsampling features allow lower-resolution output formats at much higher frame rates. This flexibility makes the Flare series effective in applications ranging from high-speed motion analysis to automated optical inspection systems and more.
